      Can HORIZON LTQ IPTV rectify this if i have a high jitter?

      Unfortunately not, sadly this does mean that your ISP is having issues with the latency with one of their servers you are connected to, the only way to fix this is to report the issue directly with them, they will also help you with troubleshooting steps to help rectify this.       -Restarting modem/router
      -Restarting all devices
